  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing or using versa.tile.graphics (“Service”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
  2. Eligibility

  3. Description of Service
    versa.tile.graphics allows users to generate images using AI-based technology. You are responsible for any content you generate or share through the platform.
  4. User Conduct

    • Generating illegal, hateful, violent, or obscene content.
    • Violating intellectual property rights, including generating copyrighted or trademarked material without permission.
    • Misleading, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
    • Circumventing or disrupting the functionality of the Service.
  5. Content Ownership & Licensing
    • Your Rights: You retain ownership of images you draw. You retain ownership of images you generate, subject to any third-party rights.
    • Our Rights: By using the Service, you grant versa.tile.graphics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and improve our service using anonymized data.
    • Third-Party Rights: You must ensure that your use of the Service does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property.
  6. Payments and Credits
    • Purchase of Credits: Our app allows you to purchase credits through the Stripe payment system. These credits can be used to access premium features and services within the app, including but not limited to generating images. By completing a payment via Stripe, you agree to the terms outlined in this section.
    • Non-Refundable Payments: All payments made for credits are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is processed and credits are added to your account, you will not be entitled to a refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, accidental purchase, or failure to use the credits.
    • Stripe Processing: Payments will be processed securely through Stripe, and you agree to comply with Stripe's terms and conditions. Your payment information is handled by Stripe, and we do not store or have access to your credit card details.
    • Credit Expiry: Credits purchased may have an expiration date, depending on the type of subscription or service plan. You will be notified of any such expiration when purchasing credits. Please be aware that unused credits may expire and cannot be reinstated after expiration.
    • Modification or Termination of Credits: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the credit system or any related features at any time, with or without notice. Any remaining credits at the time of modification or termination may be forfeited without compensation, as per our discretion.
  7. Prohibited Uses
    The Service may not be used for:
    • Deepfake generation, impersonation, or identity theft.
    • Automated scraping or mass-generation of images for commercial resale.
    • Bypassing usage limits or restrictions.
  8. Privacy and Data Collection
    We collect and store usage data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.
  9. Service Availability & Modifications
    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without liability. We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.
  10. Disclaimer of Warranties
    The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or suitability for any purpose.
  11. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, versa.tile.graphics and its affiliates are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.
  12. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless versa.tile.graphics from claims related to your use of the Service.
  13. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
